Recognitions

Recognition is the appreciation and thanks given to an employee for their work and achievements. In Nala, recognitions are public: everyone can see who was recognized and why.

Step by Step:

First, select Send Recognition in the home menu:

SELECT THE EMPLOYEE

As in a search field, you can type or browse the list.

WRITE THE RECOGNITION

Mention the specific achievement or action. For example: "I want to highlight your presentation at the team meeting; it was very clear and resolved many questions."

SELECT CATEGORY

Here you will find some that are common across all of Nala and others specific to your company's culture. E.g. "100% Delivery"
