CONSIDERATIONS
Survey objective:
For employees: to provide feedback to their leader on how their leadership and team management are perceived
For leaders: to have visibility of the leadership skills they excel at and to keep in sight those skills they need to develop
How we do it:
Through a brief survey answered by each team member about their leader. It's a space where, besides closed questions, the employee can also leave comments.
About the survey...
It is confidential, the evaluated person will receive a summary of the responses and will not see who evaluated them or on what specifically.
The survey has a section for general comments where we always recommend that employees take advantage of this space and leave feedback about the strengths and improvement opportunities they see in their leader.
To maintain confidentiality, leaders can only view comments (without names), and only if more than 3 people evaluated them.
How to access my team’s results:
To see your team’s results, select "Leadership" in the Talent Management section and go to the "Skills" tab.
Download reports
Reports help you analyze results outside Nala and present your team’s findings. Available options depend on the process and your account permissions.
- Open the process results and select Download Report.
- Choose Excel to download the data directly in your browser.
- If General Presentation or Detailed Presentation is enabled for your account, select the option you need. The file will be sent to your account email when ready.
Generating a presentation may take more than a minute. The request confirmation means generation has started; check your email to receive the file.

How to access my results:
To view your results, simply go to "My Profile" and select "Leadership".
Leadership Matrix:
If the company has performance and climate results for the teams, the leadership matrix will also be activated, as shown in the image 🎊
